The DS320 Automatic Vertical Packing Machine is a vertical form-fill-seal machine: film unwinds from a reel, is formed into a bag over a forming collar, filled from a dosing system above, and sealed — all in one continuous cycle. Rated output: 30–50 bags/min. Because the bag is made from flat film at the moment of packing, your packaging inventory is one or two film reels instead of thousands of premade bags — that is the main cost and logistics advantage over doypack lines.

Choose the model by fill range and bag size: the specification table lists both. A common mistake is buying for today's SKU and discovering six months later that the next product needs a longer bag or a bigger fill volume. If you run powder, granule and liquid variants of the same product family, ask us about keeping one VFFS platform and changing only the doser — it shortens operator training and spares inventory.

How it works, step by step

1. Film transport — flat film is pulled from the reel over a forming collar, which shapes it into a tube.
2. Vertical sealing — the longitudinal sealer closes the tube's back seam, setting the bag width listed in the spec table.
3. Filling — the dosing system above (auger for powder, weigher for granules, pump for liquid) drops the product into the formed tube.
4. Horizontal sealing — cross-sealing jaws close the bag's top while simultaneously sealing the next bag's bottom, then cut them apart.
5. Discharge — finished bags drop to a take-away conveyor; bag length and fill volume are recipe-stored for fast changeover.

The whole cycle repeats continuously; a single operator supervises film supply and finished-bag collection.

Installation, compliance and after-sales

To quote accurately we need four things: your product and portion weight, target output per minute, the bag format you want (or a photo of a competitor's pack), and your plant voltage and compressed-air supply.
