Why the GJ-SV-90 Automatic Lid-Lifting & Cap-Pressing Machine fits your production

The GJ-SV-90 Automatic Lid-Lifting & Cap-Pressing Machine is an end-of-line or in-line unit: it does not pack product itself, but it decides whether your line runs at its rated speed or keeps stopping. Rated output: 30–40 boxes/min. Automating inspection, labeling, cartoning or palletizing typically removes the single biggest bottleneck between the packing machine and the pallet — and unlike packing machines, these units are usually paid back by labor savings alone within a predictable period, because their output is directly countable.

When you plan a line, put these units in the layout before you finalize the packing machine — the material flow decides the footprint, not the other way round. We supply them as standalone units or integrated into complete turnkey lines with matched speeds, so no stage starves or floods the next one.

Key features that matter on the floor

  • Output — 30–40 boxes/min, with realistic line efficiency planned at 60–70% of rated speed
  • Power supply — AC 220V / 50Hz, ≈ 0.4 KW
  • Sealing system — Continuous multi-roller
  • Applications — Box closing, Carton sealing, End-of-line
  • Construction — GMP-grade SUS304 product-contact parts, CE certified
  • Documentation — Manuals and remote video commissioning in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Turkish and Arabic

How it works, step by step

  1. In-feed — product units arrive from the upstream machine on a matched conveyor; speed is synchronised so there is no jamming.
  2. Processing — the unit performs its function: weighing, detecting, labeling, closing, cartoning or stacking, as described in the specifications.
  3. Decision — for inspection units, out-of-tolerance items are automatically rejected to a reject chute; pass data is logged.
  4. Hand-off — good product continues to the next stage; counters keep the line data honest for your OEE calculation.

In practice the unit pays for itself through labor reduction and by catching problems before they become pallet-size.

Installation, compliance and after-sales

To quote accurately we need four things: your product and portion weight, target output per minute, the bag format you want (or a photo of a competitor's pack), and your plant voltage and compressed-air supply. With those, the quotation includes the line layout, film specification and delivery scope.

Every machine is tested and accepted at our 20,000 m² factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong, before dispatch. We ship with CE documentation, commission by remote video call in your working language, and stock spare parts for fast dispatch — the same parts list is used across our platforms, which keeps maintenance simple. PouchMfg is the oral-pouch machinery brand of PACKMATE (GUANGDONG) Co., Ltd., exporting to 60+ countries.

Next step: send us your product weight, target output and bag format, and we will come back with a line layout, film specification and a quotation — usually within two working days. Contact the engineering team.
