Why the Liquid Back-Seal Multi-Lane Packing Machine fits your production

The Liquid Back-Seal Multi-Lane Packing Machine is a multi-lane stick-pack machine: several narrow sachets are formed, filled and sealed in parallel, so output scales with lane count rather than with mechanical speed. Rated output: 45–50 cuts/min × 8 lanes (up to 400). This is the economics that matters: one 12-lane line replaces what would otherwise be four or five single-lane machines, with one operator, one unwinding station and one collection point.

Stick and sachet formats dominate in condiments, coffee, sugar, oral care and nicotine pouches where the unit price is low and volume is high. Film is the running cost — the format width on this model is matched to the fill range in the specification table, so check your film supplier quote against the width before you compare machine prices. A narrower film on the right machine often beats a wider film on a cheaper one.

Key features that matter on the floor

  • Output — 45–50 cuts/min × 8 lanes (up to 400), with realistic line efficiency planned at 60–70% of rated speed
  • Film — 640 mm (standard)
  • Bag size range — W 35 mm × L 50–150 mm — covers several SKUs without mechanical changeover
  • Power supply — 380V / 50Hz, 3-phase, 10–20 KW
  • Applications — Sauces, Oils, Beverages, Health liquids, Daily chemicals
  • Construction — GMP-grade SUS304 product-contact parts, CE certified
  • Documentation — Manuals and remote video commissioning in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Turkish and Arabic

How it works, step by step

  1. Film unwinding — one reel serves all lanes simultaneously; automatic splicing keeps the run going through roll changes on higher models.
  2. Multilane forming — the film is folded into as many tubes as the machine has lanes; each lane forms, fills and seals independently.
  3. Dosing — volumetric or weigher-based dosing fills every lane; dosing accuracy is checked against the spec table value (typically ±10% or better).
  4. Longitudinal sealing — each tube is sealed along its length; seal quality is uniform across lanes because the sealing bar spans them together.
  5. Transverse sealing and cutting — horizontal jaws close and cut the sticks at the set pitch, defining the sachet length.
  6. Collection — sticks exit in lanes into a collection conveyor or downstream cartoner.

The practical consequence: output per minute = lanes × per-lane speed, so upgrading from 4 to 12 lanes multiplies capacity without adding operators.

Installation, compliance and after-sales

To quote accurately we need four things: your product and portion weight, target output per minute, the bag format you want (or a photo of a competitor's pack), and your plant voltage and compressed-air supply. With those, the quotation includes the line layout, film specification and delivery scope.

Every machine is tested and accepted at our 20,000 m² factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong, before dispatch. We ship with CE documentation, commission by remote video call in your working language, and stock spare parts for fast dispatch — the same parts list is used across our platforms, which keeps maintenance simple. PouchMfg is the oral-pouch machinery brand of PACKMATE (GUANGDONG) Co., Ltd., exporting to 60+ countries.

Common pairings on our lines: powder and granule multilane stick machines. Or see the full range on the products index.

Next step: send us your product weight, target output and bag format, and we will come back with a line layout, film specification and a quotation — usually within two working days. Contact the engineering team.
